The Burrell Group is a portfolio of individual privately held companies managed and operated by Burrell Diversified Investments (“BDI”), a private investment vehicle owned and controlled by Daniel C. Burrell.
The Burrell Group has extensive real estate development experience and significant ties to the Aspen market. The Burrell family has developed, repositioned, or restored over 2 million square feet of commercial office, multi-family, medical facilities, and student housing over the past 10 years in the United States. The Burrell Group currently has over 500,000 square feet of projects in pre-development or development. Projects include the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Student Housing Complex in Meridian, Idaho, and a Student Housing Complex in Las Cruces, New Mexico as well as the development of the Taos Valley Ranch.
